1. services we provide

Paragon Fence & Outdoor, LLC offers a range of fencing and outdoor services, including:

  • Fence installation and replacement

  • Fence repair and stain

  • Gates, pergolas, and other outdoor projects

(Collectively, these are our “Services.”)

2. acceptance of terms

By using our website or hiring us for a project, you agree to follow these Terms. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — just don’t use the site or our services.

3. eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request or hire us for work. By contacting us or signing a contract, you’re confirming that you meet this requirement.

4. quotes and contracts

Quotes: Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices can change based on material costs or other factors.
Contracts: Once you approve a quote, we’ll send over a contract for review and signature. Work, including material orders and scheduling crews, begins after the contract is signed.

5. payments

A deposit is due at the time the contract is signed. Final payment is due when the work is complete unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and Venmo payments. Deposits are non-refundable.

6. cancellations

Need to cancel or reschedule your project? Reach out to us as soon as possible to coordinate next steps.

7. warranties and guarantees

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Paragon Fence & Outdoor provides a one-year Craftsmanship Warranty, depending on the type of project. The exact warranty details will be shared in your contract or upon request.

8. renderings, photos, and design representations

All photography displayed on this website is either:

(a) owned by Paragon Fence and Outdoor, LLC;
b) used pursuant to written authorization, license, or rights granted under applicable agreements.

Where images depict projects completed prior to the formation of Paragon Fence and Outdoor, LLC, such images are used to illustrate the individual experience and prior work history of company leadership. Use of these images does not represent that all depicted projects were contracted through or performed under the Paragon Fence and Outdoor, LLC entity unless expressly stated.

No image is intended to misrepresent project origin, authorship, or contracting entity.

Paragon Fence and Outdoor, LLC also uses drawings, photos, and digital renderings to help you get a sense of what your project could look like — especially when choosing stain colors or design styles. Just keep in mind, these are visual examples, not exact replicas.

Every piece of wood is unique and takes stain a little differently, so things like lighting, wood grain, and weather can all change the final look. Because of that, colors and finishes may vary slightly from what’s shown online or in renderings.

By moving forward with a project or stain selection, you understand and agree that these natural variations are expected and not considered defects or grounds for refund or rework.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited.

9. limitation of liability

We always aim for top-notch work, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, Paragon Fence & Outdoor, LLC isn’t responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — things like lost profits, data, or goodwill — that may arise from using our services or website.

10. indemnification

By using our website or hiring us, you agree not to hold Paragon Fence & Outdoor or our team liable for claims, damages, or expenses that come from breaking these Terms or misusing our services.

11. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Austin, TX.
