It really depends on the season. Spring and summer are our busiest times, so quotes (and installs) can take a little longer. Fall and winter usually move much faster. That said, we do our best to get back to everyone within 24–48 hours with at least an initial estimate, even during the busy months.

For an estimate? No. For a final quote? Usually, yes. We like to stop by each project in person before finalizing a quote. It helps us check soil conditions, confirm measurements for materials, and spot any potential challenges before we start. An on-site visit is the best way to make sure your quote is accurate and there are no surprises later.

We’re happy to do the heavy lifting. After you fill out our quote form, we’ll often use satellite imagery (and your survey, if you have one) to create a solid initial estimate.

If you prefer, you can also send us your own measurements—using Google Earth or measuring by hand with a measuring tape.

After that initial estimate, we’ll visit your property in-person to check measurements and finalize the quote. That way, we can also account for real-world factors like slope, access, drainage, and design details.

That can vary depending on the season. Usually, we can get your fence installed within a week or two of deposit payment, but during the busy spring and summer months, it may take a little longer. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline when you book your project.
