CRAFTMANSHIP WARRANTY

At Paragon Fence & Outdoor, we believe the quality of a project isn’t just how it looks when it’s finished—it’s how it holds up over time.

Every project we build is backed by our commitment to thoughtful design, proper installation, and long-term durability.

OUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind our work with a one (1) year craftsmanship warranty from the date of installation. If something wasn’t done right, we’ll make it right.

You’ll also receive one complimentary service visit within that first year to fine-tune and maintain the work as it settles into place. We make every effort to schedule this visit proactively. If it hasn’t been scheduled, you’re welcome to request it at any time before the one-year anniversary of your installation.

After that period, the warranty ends—but our relationship doesn’t. We’re always available should you need future service, repairs, or improvements.

WHAT THIS COVERS

  • Work completed in alignment with your signed contract and approved scope

  • Proper installation using standard, proven building practices

  • Correction of any workmanship-related issues at no cost within the warranty period

Examples include:

  • Fence sections leaning due to installation error

  • Gates that don’t properly swing or latch

  • Loose or improperly secured components

  • Noticeable alignment or layout issues outside agreed design

  • Hardscape or structural issues caused by improper installation

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

We build with natural materials and work within real-world conditions—some movement and change is part of the process.

This warranty does not cover:

Natural material behavior

Wood will naturally expand, contract, crack, and change color over time. These are expected characteristics, not defects.

Material defects

Certain materials—like hardware, ornamental iron, or specialty products—may carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those warranties apply separately.

Environmental factors

We don’t control the ground your project sits on or the weather it faces. Movement caused by:

  • Expansive soil

  • Drainage issues

  • Tree roots

  • Severe weather or natural events

…is outside the scope of this warranty.

WEAR, MISUSE, OR MODIFICATIONS

Damage from impact, neglect, or alterations by others will void coverage.

FOR HARDSCAPES & STRUCTURES

  • Pavers & Concrete: Minor settling or hairline cracking can occur and is considered normal. We cover installation-related issues—not natural movement.

  • Masonry & Retaining Walls: Performance depends heavily on soil and drainage conditions. Failures tied directly to installation are covered.

  • Garden Structures: Weathering and movement of natural materials are expected over time.

A FEW FINAL NOTES

  • Full payment per the contract is required to keep this warranty active

  • Warranty applies only to the original installation and is non-transferable unless agreed otherwise

  • We’ll always work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns
